Money can be added to SF State ID cards at one of three VTS (Value Transfer Station) machines on the 1st floor or online with a credit card (https://web4.onlinecardoffice.com/sfsu/). Guest Cards can be purchased for $1 at VTS machines, after which value can be added.
Self-Service Copies
The Library offers self-service copy machines on floors G, 1, 2, and 5. Users must have a SF State ID (OneCard) or a Guest Card to use copiers.
Microfiche & Microfilm
Microfiche and microfilm can be scanned to a file or printed using a SF State ID OneCard or a Guest Card in the Periodicals area of the 2nd floor.
SF State students and faculty are given priority in the use of microfilm and microfiche copiers/scanners, and use of these machines is restricted to copying/scanning only. Use of the copiers/scanners may be restricted to thirty minutes or less during busy periods. Patrons who need to read material before copying/scanning are asked to use an appropriate microform reader first.
Copying machines and readers are self-service; instructions are provided on each machine. Further assistance maybe obtained from the Periodicals/Microforms Service Desk. All copying/scanning must be completed fifteen minutes prior to closing.

Color copying is available at the Rapid Copy Center. One self-service color copy machine is just outside the door of the Center.
