For others, follow the procedures for each room.

Exceptions

Library areas (426a, 426b, 434, Library Admin conference room) are reserved for library instruction sessions and library-related meetings. Exceptions include:

  • Other occupants of the library building including Academic Technology (AT) and the Center for Teaching and Faculty Development (CTFD) may schedule room 434 for workshops or events. The room is NOT available, however, during the first ten weeks of fall and spring semesters. AT and CTFD may schedule in advance and are not restricted to one-time events. Reservation requests should be directed to libref@sfsu.edu
  • During low-use periods (summer, intersession, weekends), room 434 may be used for one-time events by other campus administrators and faculty. Requests will be booked up to two weeks in advance only so use of the room for scheduled or advertised events would not be appropriate. Requests should be directed to libref@sfsu.edu
  • Other requests that do not fall into the categories under exceptions should be directed to libref@sfsu.edu.
