Media Access Center (MAC)
About
The Media Access Center (MAC) serves as the central distribution point for the University's non-print materials. Through MAC, students and faculty have access to media materials and equipment used in conjunction with courses and research.
The Media Access Center also runs the Library's Laptop Checkout program and manages the MAC Computer Lab, which has a large number of Macintosh and Windows PCs for SF State Students, Staff and Faculty.
Services Provided
- Checkout desk for borrowing media, when allowed.

Finding Audio & Video
Who May Use the Media Access Center?
Current students, faculty and staff with a valid SF State ID (OneCard)have full access to the Medaia Access Center equipment and services. Affiliated users have limited access. See the table below for details.
