KRON-TV special report from 1971, presented by Ira Eisenberg, about the increase in cases of syphilis and gonorrhea in Marin County, which has the fifth highest venereal disease rate in California. Features dramatizations of teenagers visiting the Marin County VD Clinic and interviews with: Fred Mayer; Dr Marilyn Hicks; Eugene Schoenfeld ('Dr Hippocrates'); Senator John Harmer; Senator Peter Behr; Rabbi David Davis; Fr. John O'Connor; Rev. Francis Geddes and Ellis Mitchell. Also includes views of Mill Valley, Sausalito, Stinson Beach and an inter-denominational discussion group talking about issues relating to sex education, in San Rafael. This film was written, produced and directed by Ira Eisenberg. Note: includes an excerpt from the Billboard Top 100 hit single 'Mill Valley', by Rita Abrams and the Strawberry Point 3rd Grade Class, which starts at 1min 45secs into the clip.
